Senior Manager - International ESG

About the role

The Senior Manager – International ESG will ensure that all EGA subsidiaries worldwide comply with robust ESG policies, procedures and reporting standards. The role aligns global operations with the company’s ESG strategy by defining KPIs, monitoring performance and driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor ESG policies and procedures across all international subsidiaries, ensuring alignment with global standards and local regulations.
• Define measurable ESG KPIs for each entity, tailor them to local contexts and integrate them into the global reporting framework.
• Oversee collection, validation and reporting of ESG data to guarantee accurate, timely disclosures.
• Engage with subsidiary leadership, regional teams and external partners to foster a culture of sustainability.
• Identify ESG‑related risks and provide recommendations to mitigate them and enhance performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration or a related field (Master’s degree or relevant certifications preferred).
• 12+ years of ESG/sustainability experience, including at least 5 years in a global or international context, with a proven track record of developing and implementing ESG frameworks.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Experience with ESG reporting software.
