Senior Manager – Investment & Asset Management (Hospitality)

About the role

The Shangri-La Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join its Investment and Asset Management team in Dubai. You will support the active management of the hotel and investment portfolio, driving financial performance and identifying growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial and operational performance of hotels and investment assets.
• Lead or support Asset Enhancement Initiatives and repositioning projects, including market and competitor analysis.
• Conduct investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation and scenario planning for acquisitions, disposals and strategic opportunities.
• Review annual valuations, CAPEX requests and prepare investment papers for senior management and approval committees.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential hotel‑management‑asset (HMA) opportunities, preparing feasibility studies and RFP responses.
• Support negotiations, due diligence, deal structuring and transaction execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years (84 months) of experience in investment and asset management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of delivering financial analyses, business cases and capital planning.
• Strong understanding of hotel operations and market dynamics.
