Senior Manager - SME

About the role

The Senior Manager – SME will lead client‑facing engagements for Presight, helping financial services and other regulated organisations translate their risk, compliance and governance challenges into scalable, technology‑enabled solutions. Reporting to senior leadership, the role sits at the intersection of business strategy, regulation and data‑driven analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders across risk, compliance, technology and operations.
• Gather regulatory and transformation requirements and convert them into structured solution concepts and productised offerings.
• Facilitate executive workshops, design sessions and solution‑shaping meetings.
• Collaborate with Presight’s product, engineering and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
• Define reusable frameworks, accelerators and scalable components for the risk and compliance portfolio.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses and client presentations with clear value articulation.
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging risk trends such as AI governance and data privacy.
• Produce thought‑leadership content and represent Presight at industry forums and client roundtables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Law, Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (8+ years) in risk management, regulatory compliance or governance within financial services or other highly regulated sectors.
• Proven track record of advising C‑level executives and shaping technology‑enabled transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of AI, data analytics and regulatory technology landscapes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
