About the role

ManpowerGroup Middle East is seeking a Senior Marketing Communications Specialist to lead the creation and delivery of internal and external communications. The role demands a strategic mindset combined with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business objectives.
• Produce and edit a variety of content, including press releases, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.
• Manage corporate and brand messaging across multiple channels.
• Coordinate internal employee communications to ensure consistent information flow.
• Monitor media coverage and track communication metrics to refine strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications, preferably in a senior capacity.
• Strong analytical and research abilities to support data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
