Senior Marketing Manager – Used Car Retail

About the role

Al-Futtaim Automotive is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Automall in the UAE. The role focuses on demand generation, brand strengthening, and customer acquisition across used‑car retail and new growth channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the annual marketing strategy, campaign calendar and channel plan aligned with sales and stock priorities.
• Own performance marketing across paid search, paid social, marketplaces, display and retargeting to generate qualified leads.
• Develop brand campaigns, content, creative messaging and offers to position Automall as a trusted used‑car business.
• Support new growth channels such as non‑GCC sales, Japanese imports, export‑led acquisition, driving‑school partnerships and corporate referrals.
• Collaborate with CRM and Digital teams to build lifecycle communication journeys that improve nurturing, enquiry follow‑up and post‑purchase engagement.
• Partner with Sales, Operations and external agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead routing.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in commercial marketing, preferably within automotive or retail sectors.
• Strong ownership of performance‑marketing initiatives and data‑driven optimisation.
• Ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders and manage external agencies.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
