Senior Mechanical Supervisor – Offshore Rotation (6w on/3w off)

About the role

KBR is seeking a Senior Supervisor (Mechanical) to join an offshore PMC project based on a 6‑weeks‑on / 3‑weeks‑off rotation schedule. The role involves leading mechanical construction activities on an offshore site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and supporting the overall delivery of the asset while upholding KBR’s commitment to safety and sustainability.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate on‑site mechanical construction activities, guaranteeing adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Enforce strict HSE policies, promote a strong safety culture, and monitor compliance across all offshore operations.
• Support pre‑commissioning and mechanical completion tasks to ensure timely project handover and operational readiness.

Required profile

• Diploma qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 12–15 years of proven experience in mechanical construction within the oil & gas industry.
• Demonstrated offshore experience is essential.
