Senior Metals Origination (Arabic Speaking) – Dubai

About the role

We are partnering with an established international metals business to recruit an Arabic‑speaking Senior Metals Origination professional for its Dubai sales team. The role combines new‑business development with relationship management across the Middle East and India, focusing on base and precious metals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective industrial, trading and institutional clients in the Middle East and India.
• Originate new business, manage long‑term client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day trading.
• Coordinate client orders with international market‑making desks and provide market intelligence, updates and commentary.
• Support clients on trade execution, margin financing, onboarding, KYC and ongoing account maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal Credit, Compliance, Operations and Finance teams to ensure efficient handling of client requirements.
• Travel across the region to build and deepen relationships and represent the firm at industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in base or precious metals markets.
• Proven track record of originating and developing business in the Middle East and/or India.
• Established network of industrial, trading and institutional contacts.
• Strong knowledge of LME products, derivatives and client margin structures.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and commercial instincts.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the region.
