Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a senior Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Consultant to design, develop and support Oracle Cloud solutions for our clients in the UAE. The role focuses on Fusion Finance/Procurement, HCM, integrations and PaaS extensions, ensuring robust, scalable implementations.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
• Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion Finance/Procurement technical solutions.
• Build VBCS and other PaaS extensions.
• Create and support BI Publisher, OTBI and FRS reports.
• Write complex SQL/PLSQL queries.
• Work with FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Manage Oracle Fusion roles, privileges and security.
• Handle environment refreshes, certificates and technical administration.
• Develop workflows, BPM, Application Composer and Page Composer.
• Support high‑volume integrations with external banking and payment systems.
• Follow coding standards and support deployment, migration and release activities.
• Use GitHub, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud technical roles.
• Strong background in Oracle Fusion Finance or Procurement.
• Hands‑on experience with OIC, VBCS, BI Publisher, OTBI and SQL/PLSQL.
• Good knowledge of FBDI, ADFdi, REST/SOAP Web Services and Oracle Fusion security.
• Familiarity with Groovy, Shell scripting and OCI concepts.
• Experience with GitHub/CI‑CD is a plus.
