Senior People Business Partner – HR Leadership

About the role

AlixPartners is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to join its Middle East leadership team. The role will help shape and execute a commercially focused people strategy that aligns with regional and global objectives while supporting the firm’s hybrid work model.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Country Leaders and Partner Managing Directors to design and implement the people agenda in line with market strategy.
• Provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership on engagement, retention, performance and talent development.
• Lead organisational change initiatives, including design, ways of working and change management.
• Drive workforce planning, succession, career development and leadership capability across the region.
• Support diversity and inclusion goals by collaborating with leaders on measurable actions.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in HR business partnering within a matrixed, multinational environment.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and act as a trusted advisor on people matters.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to shape people strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
