Senior Product Manager – Payroll Product Activation

About the role

Deel is looking for a Senior Product Manager II to lead the Payroll Product Activation team. You will own the strategy and execution of moving customers’ entities, contracts and payroll setups onto Deel’s platform, turning a traditionally months‑long manual process into a scalable, automated experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for payroll activation across a diverse global customer base.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance and sales to deliver end‑to‑end solutions that reduce onboarding time.
• Analyze customer workflows, identify friction points and implement data‑driven improvements.
• Prioritize features, manage backlogs and ensure timely releases that meet regulatory requirements.
• Measure product performance through KPIs and iterate based on feedback.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or payroll/HR technology.
• Proven track record of launching complex, multi‑stakeholder products at scale.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work across distributed teams.
