About the role

Bybit is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Expert to lead go‑to‑market initiatives for its expanding suite of crypto‑related products. The role sits at the intersection of product, growth, brand and market execution, translating complex launches into clear narratives for both traditional finance users and on‑chain enthusiasts.

Key responsibilities

• Own the go‑to‑market strategy for major product launches across Bybit’s platform pillars, including RWA, TradFi, Earn, Alpha and payment innovations.
• Define positioning and messaging for new features, market segments and competitive moments in partnership with Product, Business Development and Brand teams.
• Develop integrated campaign strategies across acquisition, activation and retention aligned with product milestones and market cycles.
• Lead end‑to‑end campaign execution across performance channels, web, social and partnership assets.
• Analyse market data, competitive landscape and performance metrics to optimise messaging and drive user adoption.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in product marketing within fintech, cryptocurrency or related digital‑finance environments.
• Deep understanding of both TradFi users migrating to crypto and on‑chain “degen” audiences.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing tactics.
• Exceptional copywriting ability that meets high brand standards without extensive revisions.
