Senior Product Specialist – Dermatology & Aesthetic

About the role

DUBIMED Medical Supplies Trading LLC is seeking a Senior Product Specialist to drive the promotion and adoption of dermatology and aesthetic products across the UAE. The role combines deep product knowledge with strong sales acumen to influence medical professionals and expand market share.

Key responsibilities

• Assess client needs and present appropriate dermatology and aesthetic soft‑product solutions.
• Engage and persuade targeted doctors to prescribe DUBIMED products, using cost‑benefit analysis and effective selling techniques.
• Provide product information, deliver samples, and support doctors during sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposiums.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement consistent brand and marketing strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with medical representatives to influence decision‑making.
• Monitor market data and conditions to identify competitive advantages.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest medical data through continuous learning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the dermatology and aesthetic field (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
• Highly motivated, target‑driven with a strong sales track record.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
