Senior Program Manager, Digital Strategy

About the role

The Senior Program Manager, Digital Strategy will act as ADNOC’s enterprise orchestrator, turning the Group’s digital vision into measurable outcomes across multiple business units. Reporting to the Manager/VP of Group Digital Strategy & Transformation, you will guide investment decisions, manage risk, and ensure that every digital program delivers tangible value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate ADNOC’s enterprise digital strategy into actionable program roadmaps with clear KPIs/OKRs.
• Advise and influence program boards and steering committees on scope, funding, sequencing, and risk appetite.
• Integrate and optimise multi‑domain portfolios covering Data, Cybersecurity, Cloud & Advanced Computing, Connectivity, and Applications.
• Lead, coach and mentor Program/Project Managers, Product/Value Owners, and analysts, including UAE nationals.
• Act as deputy to the Manager/VP in governance, presenting updates and securing decisions.
• Own program business cases, ensuring NPV/IRR, payback periods and unit‑cost impacts align with value milestones.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in managing complex, cross‑entity digital transformation programs.
• Proven ability to design and enforce governance frameworks, stage‑gate processes and benefits‑realisation tracking.
• Strong financial acumen with experience building and maintaining business cases.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior executives.
