Senior Project Manager – Client Pilots & Strategic Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Project Manager to lead client pilots and strategic partnership projects for an ag‑tech company delivering digital scouting and agronomic decision support. The role will translate commercial intent and technical ambition into executable plans, coordinating resources across multiple organisations while keeping progress, risks and decisions visible.

Key responsibilities

• Convert signed proposals into detailed project charters, plans and governance models with clear objectives, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain integrated project schedules, decision, risk and issue logs, and enforce change‑control processes.
• Coordinate contributions from clients, partners and internal teams (Product, Engineering, ML, DevOps, Customer Success, Sales) and manage external dependencies.
• Launch client pilots from repeatable templates, capture lessons learned and hand over outcomes to Customer Success or Product.
• Develop a lightweight, reusable project framework and provide portfolio visibility on capacity and delivery confidence for senior management.

Required profile

• Several years of hands‑on project management experience delivering complex technology, software, data, AI, IoT or systems‑integration projects with external customers and partners.
• Strong command of core project disciplines (scope, schedule, resources, risks, change control, test planning, acceptance and closure) and ability to turn ambiguous goals into structured plans.
• Fluent in Russian for daily internal communication and professional English for international client and partner interactions; willingness to travel internationally.
• High ownership, attention to detail and calm judgement under pressure, with the confidence to escalate and secure decisions.
