Senior Project Manager – FinTech (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross‑functional initiatives in a fast‑paced fintech environment in Dubai. The role owns end‑to‑end delivery of multiple high‑impact projects, ensuring they meet time, scope and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery of multiple high‑impact projects across different business areas.
• Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business priorities.
• Manage and monitor vendor performance, ensuring strong governance and accountability.
• Provide clear, data‑driven reporting on project progress, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders.
• Act as a central point of communication, ensuring transparency and timely escalation of issues.
• Ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with relevant regulatory and compliance frameworks.
• Partner closely with technology teams, contributing to solution discussions and delivery planning.
• Drive efficiency and innovation by incorporating AI tools into project planning, monitoring, and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Degree‑qualified in a relevant discipline.
• 5–7 years of experience delivering complex programmes or projects across multiple teams.
• Strong track record in managing third‑party suppliers and driving performance.
• Confident communicator able to engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Good technical understanding to collaborate effectively with IT teams.
• Experience in regulated or compliance‑heavy environments.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven tools or technologies applied to project delivery.
• Nice to have: fintech or financial services experience, Six Sigma Green Belt, proactive problem‑solving mindset.
