Senior Project Manager

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead high‑profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on scope, budget and schedule while maximising client satisfaction. You will also support a portfolio of other project managers and report status and risks to the Head of PMO.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑profile projects from initiation to closure, maintaining scope, budget and schedule.
• Provide program‑level oversight of multiple projects and present health dashboards to executives and steering committees.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor slippages, and report deviations to stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks, and drive change‑management initiatives.
• Facilitate communication among all parties, schedule steering‑committee and escalation meetings.
• Support and monitor other PMs, reporting progress and risks to the Head of PMO.
• Enhance and enforce project‑governance policies and processes.
• Orient, train and mentor new project managers until they are fully operational.
• Address project escalations as the first‑level point of contact.

Required profile

• UAE nationals are encouraged to apply.
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar project‑management certification.
• ITIL accreditation or relevant experience.
• Strong organisational abilities and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and work flexibly.

Required skills

• Advanced use of MS‑Office, especially MS‑Project.
• Knowledge of Information Security technologies and standards.
• Understanding of management systems such as ISMS, BCMS and QMS.
• ITIL framework.
• PMP / PRINCE2 methodology.
