Senior Project Manager – Real Estate & Hotel Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of hospitality, commercial and residential development projects for Al Futtaim Real Estate. You will be responsible for steering projects from design inception through construction and handover, ensuring they meet quality, schedule and budget targets while integrating Al Futtaim brand products where possible.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal and external consultants, contractors and commercial staff, delegating tasks and providing training to achieve project goals.
• Ensure projects meet defined quality standards and obtain completion certificates.
• Monitor progress against programme targets, taking corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.
• Control project costs, submit timely cost reports and deliver within or below budget.
• Conduct value‑engineering exercises to maintain engineered solutions within cost parameters.
• Staff project sites with competent personnel and provide on‑the‑job training for engineers.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records for handover.
• Evaluate and select suitable suppliers and contractors for construction works.

Required profile

• 15–20 years of construction experience with a project management background.
• At least 10 years in a leadership role within a multinational environment.
• University degree in Civil Engineering or Building.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale hospitality, commercial and residential projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Proficiency in MS Project.
