About the role
New Town Real Estate is seeking a dynamic Senior Property Consultant to join its growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating leads, managing property listings, and driving sales of both resale and off‑plan projects while building lasting client relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and marketing activities.
- Acquire resale property listings and conduct market appraisals.
- Promote and sell off‑plan projects and developer launches.
- Conduct property viewings and deliver project presentations.
- Negotiate deals and manage the end‑to‑end transaction process.
- Build long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
