Senior Property Consultant – Secondary Market

About the role

SkyWing Real Estate is seeking a Senior Property Consultant to lead secondary‑market transactions in Dubai’s premium residential communities. You will work on‑site, guiding local and international clients through the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to post‑sale support.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list, and close resale property deals across key Dubai neighborhoods.
• Qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and provide market‑based pricing advice.
• Negotiate offers and ensure compliance with RERA regulations.
• Prepare comparative market analyses and maintain up‑to‑date market intelligence.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience in the real‑estate sector, with a focus on lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client presentations.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Consulting mindset with advisory capabilities on market trends and investment opportunities.
