Senior Property Consultant – Up to 80% Commission

About the role

As a Senior Property Consultant you will build and manage your own portfolio of secondary sales and rental listings across Dubai’s key communities. The role requires proactive prospecting, strong follow‑up and the ability to turn relationships into successful transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new listings through cold calling, referrals, networking and existing databases.
• Conduct property valuations, advise owners on market pricing and qualify buyers/tenants before viewings.
• Arrange and lead property viewings, negotiate offers and close deals between clients and owners.
• Maintain accurate client and property information in the CRM and develop long‑term landlord and investor relationships.
• Stay updated on market trends, transaction prices and rental rates within your specialist area.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a Dubai real‑estate brokerage, especially secondary sales or residential leasing.
• Demonstrated ability to generate listings, build landlord relationships and close transactions.
• Confident cold‑calling and prospecting skills with strong negotiation capability.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable working with a UAE driving licence preferred.
