Senior Real Estate Officer

About the role

The Senior Real Estate Officer will lead the management and optimisation of Binsuloom Group’s real‑estate portfolio in Dubai. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with finance and maintenance teams to drive investment decisions, monitor performance and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee property performance and coordinate leasing activities, including lease negotiations and renewals.
• Ensure compliance with local real‑estate regulations and maintain strong relationships with tenants, brokers and external partners.
• Collaborate with finance to evaluate investments, analyse returns, prepare reports and support budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor market trends, identify acquisition or disposal opportunities and drive portfolio optimisation.
• Coordinate maintenance, manage contracts and supervise tenant relations across multiple properties.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UAE commercial real‑estate practices and a relevant bachelor’s degree (master’s or professional certification is a plus).
• Proven senior‑level experience in property management, lease administration and financial analysis (ROI evaluation, budgeting).
• Excellent analytical, negotiation and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• High integrity, attention to detail and fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in real‑estate management software and Microsoft Office tools.
