About the role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes in Dubai, from sourcing candidates to successful placement. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Key responsibilities
- Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and databases.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and submit shortlisted profiles to clients.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on feedback and support offer discussions and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment records and manage multiple vacancies within agreed timelines.
- Understand client requirements and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of UAE recruitment experience.
- Experience in a recruitment or staffing agency preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, communication and client coordination skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Naukri and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple client requirements and meet placement targets.
