Senior Registered Nurse – Mudon Clinic

About the role

The Senior Registered Nurse will act as a senior member of the Mudon Clinic nursing team, supporting the Line Manager and Charge Nurse in overseeing daily operations. In the absence of senior staff, they will deputise as nurse in charge, ensuring compliance with clinic standards and patient pathways while providing holistic, evidence‑based care.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the nursing team on shift, delegating work to maintain full nursing coverage.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care, coordinating with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate patient status to families and the MDT.
• Organise patient transfers within and outside the hospital and escort ill patients as required.
• Provide health education to patients and families, promoting healthy lifestyles.

Required profile

• UAE DHA nursing license and a Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Minimum five years of experience in a hospital or similar setting.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
