Senior Relationship Manager - Wealth Coverage - UAE And International

About the role

The Senior Relationship Manager – Wealth Coverage will lead client acquisition and relationship management for ADIB’s Priority and Private Banking segments across the UAE and international markets. Reporting to senior banking leadership, you will leverage the bank’s global network to attract high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth individuals and grow the wealth portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and onboard new high‑net‑worth (HNWIs) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNWIs) clients that meet the bank’s qualifying criteria.
• Cross‑sell a full suite of wealth management products, including sukuk, structured products, mutual funds, Banca‑Takaful and related banking solutions.
• Promote liability products such as mortgages, tailoring solutions to each client’s financial profile.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit teams and other internal resources to design bespoke solutions.
• Utilise ADIB’s international presence to source cross‑border opportunities and stay informed of market trends and competitor offerings.
• Oversee client onboarding, ensuring all KYC, compliance and documentation requirements are met in a timely manner.

Required profile

• Proven experience in wealth or private banking, with a track record of acquiring and managing HNWI/UHNWIs.
• Strong understanding of UAE banking regulations and wealth‑management product landscape.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills and ability to work with internal and external networks.
• Results‑driven mindset with a focus on revenue generation and portfolio growth.
