Senior Resident Engineer – High‑rise Site Management

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Resident Engineer to lead on‑site activities for high‑rise tower projects in Dubai. You will be a key member of the construction management team, ensuring quality, safety and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications and schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and suppliers to guarantee smooth execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality‑control checks to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Prepare detailed technical reports, progress updates and site documentation.
• Resolve complex engineering and construction issues as they arise.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations and safety standards in Dubai.
• Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment and materials.
• Implement cost‑control measures and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Resident Engineer on high‑rise towers, with at least 15 years total construction industry experience.
• UAE experience required, with strong familiarity with Dubai construction standards and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
