Senior Sales Manager – AECO Growth, Middle East

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will drive new‑business and expansion opportunities for Autodesk’s Architecture, Engineering, Construction & Owners (AECO) portfolio across the Middle East. This role focuses on strategic account growth, unlocking whitespace, and accelerating revenue within high‑value, multinational customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and empower a team of account executives targeting strategic accounts and expansion opportunities.
• Drive growth through cross‑sell, upsell and deep penetration of key customers.
• Ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds revenue targets while maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Coach the team through complex enterprise sales cycles, including executive engagement and procurement negotiations.
• Define and execute the Middle East expansion strategy aligned with global AECO priorities.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and develop targeted expansion plans.
• Analyze regional market dynamics and industry trends to inform growth tactics.
• Develop multi‑year strategic and operational plans, including financial forecasts.
• Own the accuracy of expansion forecasts and pipeline health.
• Embed best‑in‑class sales methodologies such as value‑based selling.
• Optimize resource allocation to ensure effective coverage of key accounts.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level stakeholders and position Autodesk as a strategic partner.

Required profile

• Strategic, commercially driven sales leader with the ability to navigate complex, high‑impact accounts.
• Strong commercial acumen combined with technical understanding of AECO software solutions.
• Proven track record in complex B2B SaaS sales, especially in expansion and strategic account management.
• Experience leading enterprise sales cycles, executive engagement, and negotiation processes.
• Ability to collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to shape and execute growth strategies.
