Senior Sales Manager – Digital Financial Solutions

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to lead the go‑to‑market of Marcura’s digital financial solutions for the maritime industry. You will be responsible for generating new business, managing complex enterprise deals and expanding our footprint across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan that builds a robust pipeline of high‑value prospects.
• Own end‑to‑end enterprise sales cycles for Procure‑to‑Pay, vendor payments, crew payroll and FX solutions.
• Introduce new products and features to market and influence customer propositions.
• Travel internationally to attend major industry events and meet senior decision‑makers.
• Achieve and exceed revenue targets in line with the company’s commercial strategy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of sales or business‑development experience in fintech, payments, banking or treasury/FX.
• Proven track record of new‑business generation and consistent target attainment.
• Strong understanding of digital financial services and enterprise sales processes.
• MBA, Master’s in Sales/Business Development or Finance/Banking preferred.

Required skills

• Enterprise sales prospecting and pipeline management.
• Negotiation of high‑value contracts.
• Knowledge of maritime financial workflows (advantageous but not mandatory).
