Senior Secondary Property Consultant

About the role

Enclave Real Estate is expanding its Dubai team and seeks an experienced Senior Secondary Property Consultant to lead high‑value resale transactions. The role focuses on managing the full sales cycle for secondary market properties, from lead generation to closing, while delivering exceptional service to buyers, sellers, and investors.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and nurture high‑value resale leads.
• Conduct market analysis, price properties accurately, and present compelling offers.
• Negotiate terms, draft contracts, and oversee all transaction steps to successful closing.
• Maintain and expand a network of clients, investors, and industry contacts.
• Collaborate with internal marketing and telesales teams to maximize lead conversion.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in Dubai/UAE secondary/resale real estate.
• Strong track record of closing high‑value property deals.
• Deep knowledge of Dubai communities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
• Established client network or demonstrated ability to generate new business.
• Valid UAE driving licence and ability to work independently.
