About the role

Kling Consult International is seeking an experienced Senior Site Architect to join its Dubai office. This full‑time, on‑site position involves leading architectural design, managing projects, and integrating various building components for high‑profile hospitality developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural designs for 5‑star hotel projects.
• Lead project management activities, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate site supervision and oversee construction execution.
• Integrate architectural components and systems across multidisciplinary teams.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and stakeholder groups to deliver successful outcomes.

Required profile

• 15+ years of professional experience in architecture.
• Minimum 5 years dedicated to hospitality (5‑star hotel) projects.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
