Senior Social Media Content Producer

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level Social Media Content Producer to create, film, edit and publish short‑form video content for a series of new ventures launched by 8FLAMEZ. The role sits in Dubai and works in a hybrid model, collaborating directly with founders and top creators across the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, film and edit short‑form videos for TikTok, Reels, Shorts and Snapchat, covering product demos, creator stories and behind‑the‑scenes footage.
• Build a reusable content bank from each shoot, including alternate openings, cut‑downs, stills and paid‑ad versions.
• Write captions, schedule posts and manage approvals to ensure timely publishing on venture accounts.
• Maintain the content calendar and asset library, delivering launch‑ready material before each venture release.
• Analyse performance metrics (views, shares, clicks, sales) to inform future content strategy.

Required profile

• Demonstrated obsession with why some videos succeed while others are skipped.
• Portfolio of original content that you filmed and edited yourself.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Ability to switch between diverse product categories without loss of quality.
• Experience with consumer brands, apps or e‑commerce is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut.
• Daily use of AI tools for scripting, hook generation, subtitles, versioning or editing acceleration.
