Senior Solution Architect – Oracle Health RCM

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect (Senior Advanced Services Engineer) in a client‑facing role. You will partner with clients to advise and deliver sophisticated solution‑related service request configurations for application maintenance across multiple Oracle Health product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support custom Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) solutions, including third‑party (HEI) integrations.
• Engage directly with clients to provide tailored recommendations, resolve high‑priority issues and lead end‑to‑end service support (configuration changes and service requests).
• Perform complex troubleshooting using Oracle Health tools, workflow validation and end‑user shadowing.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Consulting, SWx, OHH, IP) to deliver proactive client support and drive system improvements.
• Analyze system performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve stability and efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Healthcare or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 + years experience in Healthcare IT with strong emphasis on Revenue Cycle Management modules.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Oracle Health RCM and Patient Accounting modules (Claim Submission/Resubmission, Remittance Advice posting, GL Alias, Financial Reporting, Denial Management, Charge Services).
• Experience with 835 (Payment Posting) and 837 (Claim Submission) interfaces.
• Proficiency in writing and optimizing ad‑hoc CCL (Cerner Command Language) queries.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills, including server‑log analysis and workflow validation.
