Senior Solutions Consultant – MENA

About the role

Bloomreach is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to support its growth across the MENA region. In this role you will act as a trusted advisor, partnering with the sales team to translate customer challenges into AI‑driven personalization solutions and help close complex deals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives to lead discovery workshops, solution design and technical presentations.
• Deliver tailored product demos, proof‑of‑concepts and respond to RFP/RFI inquiries.
• Translate business problems into clear technical solutions that demonstrate measurable value.
• Guide architecture discussions with marketing, data and IT stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of tools and processes that enable scaling across the region.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pre‑sales, consulting or other customer‑facing technology roles.
• Strong communication skills, able to present to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive, curious and comfortable navigating fast‑paced sales cycles.
• Experience working with enterprise customers in the MENA market is a plus.

Required skills

• Demonstrated ability to create and deliver technical demos and proof‑of‑concepts.
• Experience guiding solution architecture across marketing, data and IT domains.
