Senior Specialist Content Creation

About the role

The Senior Specialist, Content Creation will design and execute high‑quality content strategies that support ADNOC Group’s corporate objectives. Working across digital and print platforms, you will craft engaging material that conveys the organisation’s vision, values and brand message.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with corporate goals and brand visibility.
• Create compelling content for executive reporting and external communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistency and strategic alignment.
• Research industry trends and integrate innovative approaches into content creation.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of all projects.
• Analyse performance metrics and optimise content for audience engagement.
• Maintain adherence to brand guidelines, tone and style.
• Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on content strategy.
• Produce regular reports on content impact and performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or a related field.
• Proven experience in content creation and strategy development, preferably at a senior level.
• Strong research abilities and awareness of current industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
