Senior Specialist – Product Management, Operational Intelligence Commercialisation

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Specialist to drive the commercialisation of its Operational Intelligence products across the Middle East region. The role will bridge product capabilities with market needs, supporting sales expansion and customer adoption through strategic go‑to‑market initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Advisors & Consulting Services teams to support product commercialisation and drive customer engagement.
• Identify short‑term and long‑term whitespace opportunities and new use cases based on customer feedback and market trends.
• Support internal and external partnership initiatives to accelerate go‑to‑market efforts.
• Contribute to pricing strategy discussions and help quantify product value for customers.
• Monitor product adoption and usage metrics, proposing actions to improve engagement.
• Develop region‑specific commercial constructs, go‑to‑market strategies, and customer value narratives.
• Partner with regional teams to create and deliver sales training materials.
• Build strong cross‑functional relationships to achieve commercialisation goals.

Required profile

• Consulting experience with a focus on go‑to‑market, pricing and commercialisation of technology or data‑driven solutions.
• Strong customer orientation and commercial acumen; experience in payments or financial services is a plus.
• Exposure to API and AI‑based product commercialisation.
• Analytical mindset with ability to solve customer problems and support sales efforts.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
