About the role
Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking a Senior Storeman to supervise store staff and manage warehousing functions across its operations in Dubai. The role ensures efficient handling of goods, compliance with safety standards, and accurate inventory control.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise store staff, plan and allocate work, and maintain warehouse equipment and housekeeping.
- Ensure receipt of goods meets specifications and that issues are recorded in SAP via barcode scanners.
- Label received items with barcodes, store them in correct bins, and conduct regular cycle counts.
- Prepare gate passes and coordinate dispatch of goods locally and internationally.
- Adhere to EHS policies and maintain a safe work environment.
Required profile
- Diploma in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years experience in store or warehouse operations.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP warehouse modules.
- Experience using barcode scanning systems and hand‑held terminals (HHT).
- Good knowledge of MS Windows operating environment.
