Senior Supply Chain Specialist – Surgery (RoMEa)

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist for its RoMEa Surgery franchise in Dubai. The role focuses on end‑to‑end supply chain activities, including demand planning, forecasting, and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) to support the delivery of surgical technologies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and analyse sales data across brands, SKUs, distribution channels and demand locations.
• Gather assumptions from sales, marketing, finance and retailer insights to build an unconstrained base demand plan.
• Collaborate with the central planning team to apply statistical modelling for demand forecasts.
• Validate activity calendars and event forecasts, ensuring alignment with franchise growth strategies.
• Facilitate IBP meetings, drive consensus among cross‑functional stakeholders and produce a single, unbiased demand plan.
• Identify gaps in financials, capacity and inventory, and recommend corrective actions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply chain planning, demand forecasting or IBP within a medical‑device or related environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Excellent collaboration skills to align multiple functional teams.
• Senior‑level expertise, capable of driving efficiency improvements in franchise operations.
