About the role

Our prestigious government‑sector client in Dubai is looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment initiatives, strengthen employer branding, and partner with senior leadership. This position offers the chance to shape the future workforce of the UAE through strategic talent management and nationalization efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for leadership, technical and critical business positions.
• Build robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, talent mapping and networking.
• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and succession initiatives.
• Drive employer branding programmes to position the organisation as an employer of choice.
• Utilise recruitment analytics and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Talent Acquisition team.
• Support Emiratization and workforce nationalisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Mandatory experience within government or semi‑government entities.
• Strong understanding of local hiring regulations and Emiratization initiatives.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage high‑volume and strategic hiring.
• Candidate must be Emirati.
