Senior Talent Management Specialist

About the role

The Senior Talent Management Specialist will lead the design and execution of talent management initiatives that align with global best practices. This role partners with senior leaders to build a strong talent pipeline and ensure the organization has the capabilities needed to meet strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leaders to define business strategy and required technical and behavioral competencies.
• Develop and maintain competency models aligned with industry and global standards.
• Implement and manage the talent identification framework and embed competency models across HR processes.
• Design succession planning and high‑potential programs for critical positions.
• Create and deliver assessments to evaluate employee skills and provide development feedback.
• Conduct behavioral assessments, interviews, and analyze psychometric data.
• Work with the Talent Development team to translate assessment results into targeted development interventions.
• Analyze assessment trends, generate insights, and recommend talent decisions.
• Partner with external vendors to deliver talent management projects on schedule and to quality standards.
• Stay updated on talent management trends and continuously improve related processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with senior leadership on talent strategy.
• Strong understanding of assessment tools and psychometrics.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of talent management best practices.
