Senior Vice President & Head of Cash Management Sales

About the role

RAKBANK is seeking a senior leader to head its Cash Management Sales function. The role will steer growth across corporate, financial institution and business banking segments, shaping the bank’s transaction‑banking strategy in the UAE and GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Cash Management Sales team to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
• Design and execute sales strategies for payments, collections, liquidity management, corporate cards, digital channels and information services.
• Build strong relationships with CFOs, treasurers and senior corporate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with coverage, product, implementation and client service teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions.
• Drive CASA growth, fee income and overall portfolio performance.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management, performance reporting and forecasting.
• Act as a trusted advisor, identifying market opportunities and recommending tailored cash‑management solutions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, governance and risk requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in corporate banking, transaction banking or cash‑management sales.
• Proven track record of managing large corporate and institutional client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of the UAE and GCC corporate banking landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or a related field; MBA or treasury qualifications are a plus.
