Service Advisor – Passenger Vehicles (Multiple Vacancies)

About the role

Join Al Futtaim Automotive’s Aftersales team as a Service Advisor for passenger vehicles. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire service journey and ensuring a seamless, transparent experience that builds loyalty and drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience by guiding customers through the full service process.
• Build long‑term relationships to increase loyalty and retention.
• Upsell products and services responsibly to meet revenue targets.
• Identify customer concerns and ensure vehicles are repaired correctly the first time.
• Coordinate closely with workshop teams to provide timely updates and on‑time delivery.
• Explain repairs, maintenance needs, costs and value‑added services clearly to customers.
• Handle customer issues professionally to enhance satisfaction.
• Maintain full compliance with SOPs, systems and data‑accuracy standards.
• Contribute to departmental performance and customer‑satisfaction objectives.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automobile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer‑facing role.
• Strong technical knowledge of passenger vehicles and dealership service processes.
• Experience working in a dealership or automotive service environment.
• Fluency in English; basic Arabic is an advantage.
• Customer‑first mindset with strong attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with dealer management systems (DMS) is an advantage.
