Site Supervision Roles for Infrastructure Projects in Dubai & Abu Dhabi

About the role

Zutari, a management‑owned engineering consultancy with over 90 years of heritage, is expanding its footprint in the Middle East. We are seeking experienced professionals to join our site supervision teams on key civil and utility infrastructure projects in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise construction activities for roads, bridges, utilities and related civil works.
• Coordinate with local authorities (RTA, ADM, DEWA, Etisalat) to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Monitor health, safety and environmental standards on‑site.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control inspections and material testing.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and as‑built records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as structural, electromechanical and surveying engineers.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in road, bridge or civil infrastructure site supervision (up to 20 years for senior roles).
• Prior involvement in UAE‑based projects and familiarity with local authority procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving, coordination and communication abilities.
• Commitment to delivering quality, safety and regulatory compliance.
