Site Supervisor – Fire Stopping & Passive Fire Protection

About the role

We are looking for a Site Supervisor to lead fire stopping and passive fire protection activities on construction sites in Dubai. The role involves overseeing civil works, ensuring compliance with drawings and safety standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities on site.
• Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety regulations.
• Monitor material quality and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other parties.
• Maintain accurate site records and reports.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Dubai.
• Valid UAE light‑vehicle driving licence.
• Knowledge of fire stopping and passive fire protection (preferred).
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
