Site Supervisor – Residential & Villa Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

AMTC Reno is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to lead residential and villa fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities from start to finish, ensuring work complies with drawings, specifications and quality standards while maintaining safety and schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day activities across fit‑out, renovation and residential/villa projects.
• Ensure execution follows approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, maintain timelines and coordinate civil, finishing and electrical works.
• Manage installation, testing, snagging and final handover processes.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and project teams to ensure smooth site operations.

Required profile

• 4–5+ years of experience in fit‑out, renovation and residential/villa projects.
• Strong UAE experience preferred; GCC experience also considered.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, civil and electrical drawings.
• Proven experience managing site activities from start to finish.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Masonry, plastering, gypsum work, flooring, tiling, painting, waterproofing, finishing.
• Lighting installation, power systems, distribution boards (DBs), wiring, containment, electrical installations.
• Site supervision, testing, snagging, project coordination and handover procedures.
• Reading architectural, civil and electrical drawings.
