About the role

As a Social Media & Community Management Associate, you will be the voice of SharkNinja’s online communities, shaping culture and driving authentic engagement. You will create and publish short‑form video content from concept to final post, while managing day‑to‑day interactions across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily community interactions on social platforms, forums, and online groups, responding quickly and authentically.
• Build relationships with community members, brand advocates, and influencers to foster loyalty and organic advocacy.
• Identify user‑generated content opportunities, surface member stories, and amplify compelling moments.
• Track engagement metrics and sentiment, feeding insights back into strategy.
• Concept, shoot, edit, and publish social‑first video content that stops the scroll.
• Design posts, polls, competitions, and activations that spark genuine interaction.
• Stay ahead of trends, introducing fresh formats, sounds, and ideas before they peak.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional passionate about social media, content creation, and digital culture.
• Proven ability to produce compelling short‑form video content independently (portfolio required).
• Strong written voice with the flexibility to adapt tone across platforms and audiences.
• Fast‑moving, creative thinker who can spot trends without prompting.
• Collaborative and comfortable working cross‑functionally.
