Social Media Executive – Dubai

About the role

The Social Media Executive will lead the planning, creation and publishing of engaging content across the company’s digital channels. The role supports broader digital marketing campaigns, strengthens brand awareness and drives audience growth in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies for the company and its subsidiaries.
• Manage daily activities on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, YouTube and others.
• Create and schedule content, including graphics, videos, captions, stories and reels.
• Maintain monthly content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
• Monitor platforms, respond to comments and messages, and nurture online communities.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns, managing budgets and ROI.
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and other tools, producing regular KPI reports.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and stay updated on emerging trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation and paid advertising.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical, copywriting and organizational abilities.
