Social Media Manager – Luxury Perfume Brands

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to drive the online presence of several luxury perfume brands in the UAE. The role will shape content strategy, engage communities and support product launches across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies for all perfume brands.
• Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
• Lead day‑to‑day social media operations and coordinate with Creative, Content, PR, Influencer and Paid Media teams.
• Monitor community engagement, respond to customer interactions and maintain brand tone of voice.
• Analyze performance metrics, generate insights and optimise campaigns.
• Support product launches and broader marketing initiatives.
• Ensure best‑practice social media execution across company‑owned and franchise markets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience managing social media for brands.
• Strong understanding of luxury retail, beauty or fragrance sectors is highly preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Experience using social media management tools.
• Experience with analytics tools for performance measurement.
