Social Media Manager – Real Estate

About the role

Riva Maison Real Estate is seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to own and grow its social presence. You will turn agents, properties and the Dubai real‑estate market into high‑performing short‑form content that generates organic leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow all Riva Maison social media accounts.
• Develop and execute a weekly content plan, including Reels, short‑form videos, posts, stories and property showcases.
• Organise at least one content‑creation day per week with agents and direct them on filming and presentation.
• Edit videos and enhance property photography for listings on Bayut and Property Finder.
• Research Dubai real‑estate trends, competitors and viral formats to inform content.
• Increase organic reach, follower count and engagement while turning platforms into lead‑generation channels.
• Track performance metrics and continuously optimise content based on data.

Required profile

• Strong experience creating Reels/TikTok‑style short‑form content.
• Confident in video and photo editing.
• Ability to spot trends and adapt them to real‑estate storytelling.
• Comfortable directing real‑estate agents and managing a consistent content calendar.
• Data‑driven mindset with a focus on results.
• Based in Dubai and able to attend weekly in‑person sessions.
• Proactive, creative and ready to take ownership of outcomes.

• Salary of AED 3,000 per month.
• Hybrid work model: remote daily with a weekly on‑site meeting at Al Barsha coworking space.
