Social Media Manager – Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking a creative and results‑driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence in the real‑estate market. You will shape the brand’s voice across platforms, generate engaging property‑focused content and drive qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social‑media strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant accounts.
• Create and maintain monthly content calendars covering listings, projects, market updates and brand initiatives.
• Produce engaging property content such as Reels, videos, carousels, Stories, walkthroughs and promotional posts.
• Coordinate photography and videography to ensure professional presentation of listings.
• Write compelling captions and property descriptions highlighting key features and investment opportunities.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and emerging content formats.
• Handle comments, direct messages and enquiries, collaborating with sales teams as needed.
• Support lead‑generation campaigns and track performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, enquiries, leads).
• Prepare regular performance reports and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social‑media management or digital marketing.
• Previous experience in real‑estate or property marketing is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Proven ability to create short‑form video content (Reels, Stories).
• Excellent copywriting and content‑creation skills.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools.
• Basic video‑editing skills.
• Good understanding of social‑media analytics and current trends.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
