Social Media Marketing & Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing & Sales Executive to join our Dubai team on a short‑term, part‑time basis. You will combine content creation with lead conversion, using social platforms to generate interest, handle inbound inquiries and close prospective clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook to showcase courses, events and success stories.
• Generate and qualify B2B/B2C leads through organic posts, community engagement and direct messaging.
• Respond promptly to social media inquiries, conduct program briefings and guide prospects through registration.
• Execute targeted promotional campaigns for short courses, workshops and webinars while maintaining brand voice.
• Track campaign reach, engagement, DM conversion metrics and sales revenue to optimise performance.

Required profile

• Based in Dubai and available to work on‑site during designated part‑time hours.
• Proven experience managing business social media accounts with direct sales or lead‑generation responsibilities.
• Hands‑on experience creating short‑form video and graphics using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Excellent spoken and written English with persuasive communication skills.
• Highly organised, target‑driven and proactive in turning social engagement into paying clients.
