Social Media Marketing Specialist

About the role

Renowned Agency Dubai is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage multiple client accounts from strategy through execution. You will be the primary point of contact, shaping brand stories and delivering measurable results across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and oversee social media accounts.
• Develop social media strategies and monthly content calendars.
• Create original campaign concepts and content ideas.
• Write captions, scripts, and creative briefs.
• Coordinate production with designers, videographers, and editors.
• Schedule and publish content on Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and other platforms.
• Monitor performance, prepare reports and optimise campaigns.
• Present ideas and performance insights to clients.
• Manage timelines to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in social media, digital marketing or agency account management.
• Strong client communication and ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously.
• Creative thinker who brings fresh ideas to every project.
• Understanding of branding beyond aesthetics.
• Detail‑oriented, ownership‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
